
Apple Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie
It is extremely important to start the day off with the right kind of breakfast. A scrumptious smoothie containing apple, peanut butter and oats provides an enegry blast that starts the day off right and takes you right through to lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 tbsp molasses
Directions
- Place apple in blender, add peanut butter followed by rest of ingredients.
- Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
