Apple Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie

It is extremely important to start the day off with the right kind of breakfast. A scrumptious smoothie containing apple, peanut butter and oats provides an enegry blast that starts the day off right and takes you right through to lunch.


  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp molasses


  1. Place apple in blender, add peanut butter followed by rest of ingredients.
  2. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
