Apple Pie Smoothie
A beautiful, crisp Autumn has arrived and with it so has homey, comfort food. I think that calls for some delicious, buttery homemade Apple Pie. What? You don’t have time to bake an Apple Pie from scratch? Well, if you have 10 minutes I would like to introduce you to Apple Pie’s delectable but health conscious cousin, the Apple Pie Smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup chopped, peeled Granny Smith apple
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp granola
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
Directions
- Take all of your ingredients and place or pour them in a blender.
- Blend until smooth (or leave a little character in it if you want to have it for dessert using a spoon).
