Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup avocado, mashed
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender in order listed.
- Blend until smooth. Scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Spoon into a airtight container with lid. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Serve with rice cakes, crackers, spread on toast, sandwiches, etc. Yield: approx. 2 c.
