Avocado Lime Blue Cheese Dip


  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, gratted
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • multigrain potato chips of your choice, to serve with the dip


  1. Scoop the avocado flesh and add it in a blender, together with the remaining ingredients. Mix at high speed until you obtain a smooth and thick paste.
  2. Garnish the dip with cilantro if desired and serve on top of potato chips.
