Avocado Orange Non-Dairy Smoothie
Dairy is a no-go for many people due to diet or because of an allergy, but that doesn’t mean smoothies have to be taken off the drink list. An avocado provides the perfect silk consistency to replace dairy items like Greek yogurt, and combined with orange and lime juice, this smoothie will give you a lip-pursing, brain-awakening kick start to your day!
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup of ice
Directions
- Pit and peel your avocados.
- Place all of the ingredients including the juice from your lime into a blender.
- Blend until slushy smooth.
