Bacon Sour Cream and Parmesan Dip

There is no way you can go wrong with bacon and sour cream – it is the ultimate dip. Now add in some Parmigiano-Reggiano and all I can say is bellissimo! It is a snap to make and will give you favorite party guest status.


  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2 tsp grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Cook your bacon in the over until ready (10 mins) and then chop into small pieces
  2. Place all of your ingredients into a blender and pulse for 3 minutes.
  3. Serve with your chip of choice.
