
Bacon Sour Cream and Parmesan Dip
There is no way you can go wrong with bacon and sour cream – it is the ultimate dip. Now add in some Parmigiano-Reggiano and all I can say is bellissimo! It is a snap to make and will give you favorite party guest status.
Ingredients
- 200 g bacon
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 2 tsp grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Cook your bacon in the over until ready (10 mins) and then chop into small pieces
- Place all of your ingredients into a blender and pulse for 3 minutes.
- Serve with your chip of choice.
