Blackberries, Coconut, and Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 2 cup raw baby spinach
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp flaked coconut
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 6 ice cubes
Directions
- Pour ingredients into the blender in order listed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately to receive full nutritional value.
