Blackberries, Coconut, and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 2 cup raw baby spinach
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/8 tsp flaked coconut
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Pour ingredients into the blender in order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately to receive full nutritional value.
