Cashew Nacho Cheese Sauce


  • 1 cup raw cashew, soaked in water overnight
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • dash of cayenne pepper (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend thoroughly until you get a nice creamy consistency.
  2. Leftovers can be covered and refrigerated for up to a week.
