
Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- salt to taste
Directions
- Heat milk until hot, without boiling it. Pour it into a blender together with the remaining ingredients and mix to obtain a smooth paste.
- Remove from the blender, pour into a serving dish and serve on top of noodles, meat dishes, rice, sandwiches or omelets.
