Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Heat milk until hot, without boiling it. Pour it into a blender together with the remaining ingredients and mix to obtain a smooth paste.
  2. Remove from the blender, pour into a serving dish and serve on top of noodles, meat dishes, rice, sandwiches or omelets.
