Cherry Bites


  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 13 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup brown rice syrup


  1. In a blender, mix the seeds until you obtain a fine powder. Add the cherries, oats, coconut and dates and blend again until well combined, into a thick composition.
  2. Add the syrup and blend until the paste is well mixed and thick enough to form balls. Pour into a sheet of wax paper or on a clean surface. Take small sections and form balls.
  3. Store into the refrigerator and serve cold.
