Chocolate Banana Smoothie
Chocolate and bananas were meant to be together, whether in bread, muffins or a delicious dessert smoothie. The potassium in the banana paired with the antioxidants in the chocolate make this a good-for-you dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup light Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein
- whipped cream (optional)
Directions
- Place your ingredients and mix until smooth (the heat from the blender will allow the chocolate to become soft).
- If creating a dessert smoothie, place a dollop of whipped cream on top.
