Chocolate-Dipped Oreo Balls

Directions

1. Place entire package of Oreo’s into blender and blend until the result equals a finely ground cookie mixture.
2. Add cream cheese to crushed Oreo’s and  blend until smooth. The smoother the mixture the better.
3. Roll mixture into balls. Place rolled Oreo balls in freezer to chill.
4. Melt chocolate chips in a small, shallow boll. Take rooled Oreo alls out of the freezer and dip them one by one into the melted chocolate until they are completely covered with chocolate.
5. Set the dipped Oreo balls onto wax paper and let cool.
6. Once the chocolate has set and the dipped Oreo balls have completely cooled, melt white chocolate chips. Spoon melted white chocolate into pastry decorating bag and drizzle white chocllate over the top of the Oreo balls rolls. Let the white chocolate set, then serve.    Yield: 12 Oreo Balls
