Chocolate Mousse in a Minute
Ingredients
- 1 cup half and half, scalded
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp creme de menthe
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cup whipped cream
Directions
- Combine the half and half, egg, creme de menthe, chocolate chips, and salt into the blender.
- Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour into serving dishes and chill in refrigerator until set.
- When ready to serve, take out of fridge, top each dish of mousse with whipped cream and serve immediately.
