Chocolate Mousse in a Minute


  • 1 cup half and half, scalded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp creme de menthe
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cup whipped cream


  1. Combine the half and half, egg, creme de menthe, chocolate chips, and salt into the blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Pour into serving dishes and chill in refrigerator until set.
  4. When ready to serve, take out of fridge, top each dish of mousse with whipped cream and serve immediately.
