Chocolate Pudding


  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds, optionally


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until they form a smooth paste.
  2. Pour into a bowl, sprinkling with chia seeds if desired or top with chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.
  3. Serve as it is or refrigerate and serve cooled.
