Coconut Frosting
Ingredients
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 Tbsp milk
Directions
- Add all ingredients except for the milk and coconut extract in a blender and mix to obtain a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the milk with coconut extract and add the mixture into the sugar paste. Stir manually to obtain a smooth and spreadable frosting.
