Coconut Macaroons


  • 2 cups sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and mix at high speed for 2-3 minutes or until well combined.You should obtain a thick paste.
  2. Refrigerate the paste for 1 hour. Roll into balls and refrigerate again on a baking sheet or dehydrator, for 4-6 hours. Serve cold!
