Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
- 2 cups sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut butter, softened
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a blender and mix at high speed for 2-3 minutes or until well combined.You should obtain a thick paste.
- Refrigerate the paste for 1 hour. Roll into balls and refrigerate again on a baking sheet or dehydrator, for 4-6 hours. Serve cold!
