Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup skim milk (substitute almond or soy milk)
  • 1/2 cup light vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp Stevia

Directions

  1. Place ginger in blender and puree.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
