Ingredients
- 1 package of gelatin, plain
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup milk, heated to boiling
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup Oreo baking crumbs or cookie crumbs of choice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a blender, pour in 1/4 cup cold milk and then pour gelatin over the cold milk. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add hot milk and blend on low until ingredients are dissolved.
- Add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Process until well-blended.
- Arrange chocolate chips in the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust. Pour blended mixture into crust. Smooth mixture with a rubber spatula.
- Sprinkle cookie crumbs over the top of the cheesecake. Place in refrigerator and chill for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into slices and serve chilled.
