Cookie Crumble “No Bake” Cheesecake


  • 1 package of gelatin, plain
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup milk, heated to boiling
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Oreo baking crumbs or cookie crumbs of choice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. In a blender, pour in 1/4 cup cold milk and then pour gelatin over the cold milk. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add hot milk and blend on low until ingredients are dissolved.
  2. Add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Process until well-blended.
  3. Arrange chocolate chips in the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust. Pour blended mixture into crust. Smooth mixture with a rubber spatula.
  4. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over the top of the cheesecake. Place in refrigerator and chill for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into slices and serve chilled.
