Cranberry Smoothie
This is the perfect smoothie to keep that immune system strong, especially during flu season. There is a massive dose of Vitamin C and antioxidants in this sweet cranberry smoothie. The papaya adds a creamy sweetness to the overall flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup papaya (Hawaiian papaya suggested)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup rosehip tea
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
Directions
- Brew rosehip tea and let cool.
- Skin papaya and chop.
- Mix ingredients in blender until slushy smooth.
