Cranberry Smoothie

This is the perfect smoothie to keep that immune system strong, especially during flu season. There is a massive dose of Vitamin C and antioxidants in this sweet cranberry smoothie. The papaya adds a creamy sweetness to the overall flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup papaya (Hawaiian papaya suggested)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup rosehip tea
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. Brew rosehip tea and let cool.
  2. Skin papaya and chop.
  3. Mix ingredients in blender until slushy smooth.
