Cucumber Sandwich Paste
Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium cucumber, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh dill weed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients except for the mayonnaise in the blender and mix to obtain a smooth paste.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish, add the mayonnaise and stir until well blended. Add extra salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve in sandwiches, on tortillas, pitas or crackers.
