Date Smoothie
Ingredients
- 6 oz dates
- 1 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ice cubes if desired
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for a couple of minutes until you obtain a smooth but thick smoothie.
- Add ice cubes and wait for 1 minute until the smoothie cools. Stir with a teaspoon and serve cold.
