Date Smoothie


  • 6 oz dates
  • 1 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ice cubes if desired


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for a couple of minutes until you obtain a smooth but thick smoothie.
  2. Add ice cubes and wait for 1 minute until the smoothie cools. Stir with a teaspoon and serve cold.
