Fruit Cubes and Berries with Creamy Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup cool whip topping
- 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
- 1 apple, cut into cubes
- 1 banana, cut into cubes
- 1 cup strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
- box of wooden toothpicks
Directions
- In a blender, blend cream cheese until fluffy and creamy. Add in cool whip and marshmallow creme. Blend until creamy and smooth. Scrape into bowl and place in fridge until ready to serve.
- Wash apple and rinse berries. Cut apple and banana into cubes. Using the wooden toothpicks, spear each apple and banana cube and berry. Place on a serving tray.
- When ready to serve, remove fruit dip from fridge and using the toothpick as a handle, dip fruit and enjoy!
