Grapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. appled, cut into cubes
  • 1 c. grapes, halved
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c, sour cream
  • 1/3 c. low-fat plain yogurt

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine apples, grapes, celery, wlanuts, and lemon juice.
  2. In a blender, blend together sour cream and yogurt until well combined and creamy.
  3. Drizzle dressing over fruit salad and lightly toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
