Green Bean Puree

Green beans are an awesome source of calcium and are known to be one of the vegetables with the least allergic reactions. It is great to introduce these nutrient greens at an early age to get your baby used to the flavor (6 months is ideal).


  • 1 cup steamed green beans


  1. Steam your green beans and then place them into blender for a baby-friendly puree.
