Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp hazelnut oil
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup almonds
Directions
- Roast hazelnuts for 10 minutes at 400˚F, let cool, remove skins and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate and set aside a few minutes.
- In a blender, add the nuts and blend until they’re very fine. Add sugar, cocoa, salt and melted chocolate and blend again to obtain a thick paste.
- Add the oil, one tbsp at a time, blending for a few seconds to incorporate.
- Pour the cream into a container and refrigerated until serving.
