Homemade Rice Milk


  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • sweetener of choice: honey, sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, etc.
  • flavor additions of choice:¬†pure vanilla extract, pure maple extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate, etc.


  1. Add the cooked rice, water, and ice to the blender.
  2. Begin blending at the lowest speed, quickly speeding up to the fastest speed for 1 1/2 minutes or until rice milk is smooth.
  3. Add your sweetener of choice and flavor addition of choice, blend to mix for 10 additional seconds.
  4. Pour into a tall serving glass and enjoy immediately or store in a glass pitcher for up to 3 days.
