Honeydew Melon and Kiwi Smoothie
Honeydew Melon and Kiwi make a great pairing and strangely enough are not seen together that often. The kiwi contains phytonutrients that help repair DNA and is also an excellent source of fiber. The lime gives the smoothie an extra lift of zingy freshness.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Honeydew melon
- 1/2 cup Kiwi
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp crushed cashews
- 1 cup light vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tsp Stevia
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
