Impossible Bacon Pie


  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1/4 to 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1/2 to 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Monteray Jack Cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 6-ounces sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and Pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, brown bacon and crumble; drain.
  3. Place bacon in the bottom of a greased 10-inch glass pie plate. Top bacon with grated cheese, and desired amount of chopped white onion and green chiles.
  4. In a blender jar, combine the milk, Bisquick, sour cream, and eggs. Process until thoroughly blended. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Place in onion and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until set and a knife when stuck in the thickest part of the pie comes out clean.
  6. Slice, serve and enjoy!
