Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 1/4 to 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1/2 to 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 cup Monteray Jack Cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 6-ounces sour cream
- 3 eggs
- salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, brown bacon and crumble; drain.
- Place bacon in the bottom of a greased 10-inch glass pie plate. Top bacon with grated cheese, and desired amount of chopped white onion and green chiles.
- In a blender jar, combine the milk, Bisquick, sour cream, and eggs. Process until thoroughly blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Place in onion and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until set and a knife when stuck in the thickest part of the pie comes out clean.
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
