Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup club soda
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 3 cup mixed fresh fruit of choice
- 6 pinches ground nutmeg
- 6 pinches cardamom
- can of whipped topping
- 6 Tbsp coconut, flaked and toasted
- 6 tsp toasted almonds
Directions
- In a blender, combine the orange juice, club soda, and banana. Purée until smooth.
- Layout 6 individual dessert bowls.
- Place a 1/2 c. of the mixed fresh fruit in the bottom of each dessert bowl.
- Pour the puréed banana mixture over the fruit in each desert bowl. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg and cardamom over the top of each dessert bowl. Cover each dessert with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, toast coconut and almonds.
- Remove desserts from refrigerator and garnish each dessert with whipped topping, 1 tbsp. of toasted coconut, and 1 tsp. of toasted almonds. Serve chilled.
