Low-Fat Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz can artichokes, packed in water, drained
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 large cucumberrs
- 2 large green peppers
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1 bunch celery
- butter crackers to serve with the dip
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, mix for 2-3 minutes or until you obtain a smooth paste. If the paste is too thick, add some olive oil or lime juice.
- Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish and bake at 350˚F, for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm or cold!
