Mango, Apple and Carrot Purree
Ingredients
- 2 oz baby carrots, chopped
- 4 oz apples, chopped
- 6 oz mango, chopped
Directions
- Place carrots in a steamer, over boiling water, for about 3 minutes. Add the apples and mango and steam for another 2-3 minutes, until all ingredients are tender.
- Move all ingredients into a blender and process until you obtain a very smooth paste. Cool and serve.
- Store in the refrigerator as it is or in Baby Cubes. *Suitable for babies 6 months and up.
