Mango Salsa


  • 1 large mango, peeled and chopped fine
  • 1 cup finely diced tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, more or less to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt, more or less to taste
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced (opt.)


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend until well mixed.
  2. Pour into a bowl and place in refrigerator to chill for at least one hour before serving in order for the flavors to develop.
  3. Serve over salads, seafood, chicken, or pork. Also great for dipping pita chips.
