Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mango cubes
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup mango juice
- 1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 6 ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender container
- Place lid on blender and blender onto base
- Turn blender on at a slow speed and increase speed to high slowly
- Process for 45-60 seconds, until smooth
- Pour into tall glass and garnish with sliced mango or strawberry if desired
