Mango Smoothie


  • 1/4 cup mango cubes
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 6 ice cubes


  1. Add all ingredients to blender container
  2. Place lid on blender and blender onto base
  3. Turn blender on at a slow speed and increase speed to high slowly
  4. Process for 45-60 seconds, until smooth
  5. Pour into tall glass and garnish with sliced mango or strawberry if desired
