Maple Mustard Dressing
The sweet earthiness of maple combined with mustard provides a distinct taste that takes one to a camping weekend in the Rockies. The classic honey and mustard combination is kicked up a notch with the distinct maple smokiness and buttery cashew. The dressing is great over a salad and you can also be used as marinade.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup organic Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup crushed cashews
Directions
- Place your ingredients in a blender and mix for 3 minutes.
- Serve over a nice green salad.
