Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 c. parsley leaves
- 2 tsp dried basil leaves, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the order listed into blender. Process until amooth.
- Place in a mason jar or container with tight-fitting lid.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Shake well before serving.
