Oil and Vinegar Herbed Dressing


  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 c. ¬†parsley leaves
  • 2 tsp dried basil leaves, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in the order listed into blender. Process until amooth.
  2. Place in a mason jar or container with tight-fitting lid.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  4. Shake well before serving.
