Oreo Balls


  • 1 lb package Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 oz cheese cream
  • 1 lb 10 oz white chocolate
  • 1  lb 10 oz dark chocolate


  1. In a blender, mix the Oreo cookies and cheese cream together. Take small amounts of mixture and roll into walnut size balls. Refrigerate for one hour on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt 3/4 of the white chocolate and stick a toothpick in an Oreo ball, dipping it into the melted chocolate. Allow to harden on wax paper and do the same with the remaining balls. Should be ready in about 15 minutes.
  3. Melt 2/4 dark chocolate and dip the ball tips into the melted chocolate. Return to the wax paper.
  4. Grate the remaining chocolate and sprinkle on top of each ball. Refrigerate for 1 more hour and serve!
