Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and healthy frozen treat, this chocolate peanut butter banana ice cream is right up your alley. Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • chocolate chips (garnish)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender container except for the chocolate chips
  2. Place lid on blender container, then onto blender base
  3. Start blender on a low speed, then quickly increase to high
  4. Blend for 30-60 seconds until mixture is combined and has a creamy consistency
  5. Remove from container using a spatula or spoon and top with chocolate chips
