Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • chocolate chips (garnish)


  1. Place all ingredients into the blender container except for the chocolate chips
  2. Place lid on blender container, then onto blender base
  3. Start blender on a low speed, then quickly increase to high
  4. Blend for 30-60 seconds until mixture is combined and has a creamy consistency
  5. Remove from container using a spatula or spoon and top with chocolate chips
