
Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
Peanut butter provides you with great energy that will take you from morning to lunch without giving you cravings for those donuts peeping at you from the office kitchen. The PB and B smoothie is portable and you can sip it on your way to the office – without being “That Person” who tends to leave a trail of crumbs on the subway. Oh and by the way, it’s super tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
- 4 tbsp granola
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
Ingredients
- Place all of your ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
