Pear Avocado Smoothie
I find pears to be one of those mysterious fruits. Their not incorporated into desserts and dishes like much of their fruit brethren, but when they do arrive – they offer an absolutely delightful, complex flavor
Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled and diced pear
- 1/2 cup avocado flesh
- 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Place all of your ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
