Pear Avocado Smoothie

I find pears to be one of those mysterious fruits. Their not incorporated into desserts and dishes like much of their fruit brethren, but when they do arrive – they offer an absolutely delightful, complex flavor

Ingredients

  • 1  cup peeled and diced pear
  • 1/2 cup avocado flesh
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all of your ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
