Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream of coconut sauce
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 4 oz Bacardi light rum or light rum of choice
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 8 oz can pineapple chunks, packed in juice
- 2 cup ice cubes
- 4 wedges of pineapple, to garnish
Directions
- Combine coconut sauce, pineapple juice, rum, milk, and pineapple chunks into blender. Secure lid and and process until blended.
- While motor is still running, remove feeder cap and add ice cubes. Continue to blend until smooth.
- Pour contents into 4 tall glasses and garnish each pina colada by placing a pineapple wedge on the side of each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
