Pina Colada


  • 1 cup cream of coconut sauce
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 4 oz Bacardi light rum or light rum of choice
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 8 oz can pineapple chunks, packed in juice
  • 2 cup ice cubes
  • 4 wedges of pineapple, to garnish


  1. Combine coconut sauce, pineapple juice, rum, milk, and pineapple chunks into blender. Secure lid and and process until blended.
  2. While motor is still running, remove feeder cap and add ice cubes. Continue to blend until smooth.
  3. Pour contents into 4 tall glasses and garnish each pina colada by placing a pineapple wedge on the side of each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
