Raspberry and Green Tea Smoothie

Green tea has numerous health benefits, but sometimes you just don’t want a hot cup of tea. So the next best thing is to brew up your tea, let it chill and make a fantastic smoothie. Teaming the benefits of green tea, flax seed with the additional antioxidant quality of raspberries gives you a health bang for your blend.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cup of brewed Green Tea chilled
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed

Directions

  1. Pour your green tea into ice cube trays and let freeze.
  2. Place all of your ingredients in a blender and combine.
