Raspberry Salad Dressing


  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp honey


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix at low speed until you obtain a smooth and thick paste, for about 30 seconds. Refrigerate in an airtight container and serve on top of salads.
