Spinach and Green Apple Smoothie
This all green smoothie is amazingly creamy and sweet thanks to the avocado and apple juice, and is a good source of iron, potassium and Vitamin A. Gingko biloba has been used in traditional medicine for hundreds of years and is believed to help boost memory – making this smoothie a holistic experience.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh green apple juice
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 tsp gingko biloba
Directions
- Assemble all ingredients and place into blender.
- Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
