Spinach Feta Dip

Spinach is a nutrient bullet, packing essentials like iron, beta-carotene and even fiber. Now pair your spinach with feta cheese to create an amazing dip that tastes like it took hours to make, but is very simple and also supremely satisfying.


  • 1 lb frozen spinach
  • 1/2 lb feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup light sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil


  1. Saute your baby spinach and chopped garlic in olive oil for 4 minutes.
  2. Let the spinach mixture cool for 10 minutes and then place into blender.
  3. First add the feta and blend, then add the sour cream and blend until semi-smooth.
  4. Serve with baked pita triangles.
