Ingredients
- 2 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts
- 3 Tbsp peanut oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp honey (opt. for taste)
Directions
- Place peanuts in blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
- Add peanut oil, salt, light brown sugar, and honey and blend for an additional 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
- If you prefer a chunky version of peanut butter, chop up 1/4 c. peanuts and stir into to peanut butter now.
- Using a rubber spatula, scoop peanut butter into a plastic airtight container. May be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 months. Yield: 2 to 3 cups.
