Sweet Homemade Peanut Butter


  • 2 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts
  • 3 Tbsp ┬ápeanut oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp honey (opt. for taste)


  1. Place peanuts in blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
  2. Add peanut oil, salt, light brown sugar, and honey and blend for an additional 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
  3. If you prefer a chunky version of peanut butter, chop up 1/4 c. peanuts and stir into to peanut butter now.
  4. Using a rubber spatula, scoop peanut butter into a plastic airtight container. May be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 months. Yield: 2 to 3 cups.
