Three Cheese Pasta Bake


  • 6 oz or half a package penne pasta
  • 10 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/8 cup parsley


  1. Prepare penne as indicated on the package. Drain and return to the pot.
  2. Coat a baking dish with butter or just prepare it without coating. Stir together the sour cream and Alfredo sauce, toss with the cooked penne until evenly coated and spoon half of the mixture into the baking dish.
  3. In a blender, mix the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and egg for a couple of seconds, until you obtain a thick mixture. Spoon the mixture evenly on top of the penne layer, then add the remaining pasta evenly over the cheese layer.
  4. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and bake for 30 minutes at 350˚F. Serve warm or cooled.
