Wheatgrass is a super food, it aids in detox, boosts the immune system and aids in digestion just to name a few. A few shots of this green gold in this creamy wheatgrass smoothie with strawberry provides an instant lift while tasting delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp wheatgrass powder (fresh pressed wheatgrass is best)
  • 1/2 cup light vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
