Yeast Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- In a blender, mix the warm milk, sugar, eggs, oil and yeast. Process on low speed for 30 seconds or until well blended.
- In a bowl, combine the flour and salt, add the yeast mixture and stir with a spoon to combine. Let rinse in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Stir dough down. Grease a muffin tin and fill the cups half full with the dough. Let rise until doubled, for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes or until golden.
