Yeast Rolls


  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. In a blender, mix the warm milk, sugar, eggs, oil and yeast. Process on low speed for 30 seconds or until well blended.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt, add the yeast mixture and stir with a spoon to combine. Let rinse in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  3. Stir dough down. Grease a muffin tin and fill the cups half full with the dough. Let rise until doubled, for 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes or until golden.
