  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup steamed pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup breast milk or formula


  1. Peel and slice your banana.
  2. Place the banana and steamed pumpkin in blender and puree.
  3. Add breast milk or formula until you reach the desired consistency.
