Beef Puree
Ingredients
- 5-6 small red potatoes, diced
- 4 cups homemade veggie stock
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 oz lean beef, diced
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and steam for 5-6 hrs on low, until thoroughly cooked.
- Remove thyme stemĀ and transfer all the ingredients in a blender, mixing until you obtain a smooth and consistent paste.
- Disperse into baby cubes or in containers and store in the refrigerator for 1-2 days or freeze and use for up to 1 week. Suitable for babies 9-12 months.
