Beef Puree


  • 5-6 small red potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups homemade veggie stock
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 oz lean beef, diced
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme


  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and steam for 5-6 hrs on low, until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Remove thyme stemĀ  and transfer all the ingredients in a blender, mixing until you obtain a smooth and consistent paste.
  3. Disperse into baby cubes or in containers and store in the refrigerator for 1-2 days or freeze and use for up to 1 week. Suitable for babies 9-12 months.
